Distance contract and the right of withdrawal

Buyer - a person who places an order on the website www.dabasdeva.lv, and has confirmed that he agrees with the following terms of the agreement:

Delivery and Payment

• Add the selected product to the cart,
• Choose the method of receiving the product:

Parcel terminals ( Omniva, DPD, Latvijas pasts ), for delivery to other countries - please contact us.

• Choose payment method:

• Provide contact information where to send order confirmation and invoice.

• No later than the next working day, after receiving your order, we will make sure that the product is immediately available and send a confirmation to the e-mail address provided by you.

• Payment by bank transfer or Paypal after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail.

• If you have chosen goods that are not available at the time of ordering, we will inform you about possible delivery times. If you are not satisfied with the delivery time offered, we will return the money to your account within 24 hours. When ordering, please note that the information on the available quantities of goods is for information only. We will inform you about the actual availability of goods after order processing.

• We will send your order within 2 working days after receiving the payment confirmation.

Unpaid order will be canceled after 5 working days.

Information about the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is the Buyer's right to withdraw from the distance contract (from the ordered goods) within a certain period of time, without providing any justification.

The right of withdrawal is exercisable within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

To agree on the return of the product, please contact us electronically [email protected] or by phone +371 22480770, indicating the order number and date.

To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer fills in the withdrawal form or writes a clear free-form statement containing the Buyer's name, address, telephone and e-mail address, order number, date and sends it to e-mail [email protected].

In order for the right of withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient if you send your notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment the Buyer has received the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is not refundable and they are fully covered by the Buyer. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and the Buyer must provide appropriate packaging for safe transportation of the goods back to the Seller.

The money paid for the product, as well as the delivery fee from the store to the buyer, will be refunded after the return of the product, but not later than within 14 days from the date when we will be informed about the Buyer's decision to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold payment until the goods have been returned.
